This cheese ball was made by my aunt on Thanksgiving. She was extremely proud of herself. I wasn't there unfortunately for the making of this masterpiece but I can imagine how much fun she had doing it. I'm not sure where she got this idea, perhaps from Taste of Home or Martha Stewart, your guess is as good as mine. I thought it was a very cute and fun idea especially for the kids. Too bad there are no little ones in the family that could have really enjoyed it. Well even without little ones it was very much enjoyed as it was very tasty and didn't last through the night. I think she used smoked turkey and sharp cheddar, pecans, Flips crackers, cream cheese and couple slices of red pepper. Super yum!
